Email Cadence Manager

Systematically reach out via email to a large volume of known & unknown clients.  


The Email Cadence Manager is designed for high volume outreach to both known and unknown clients. There are sixteen points of contact through the initial update and then regular updates after that for weeks and months. Fourteen out of the sixteen possible points of contact can be set as automatic. Reminder emails may be set for additional reminders also automatic. A strategic client may receive bi-weekly or monthly updates for many months – all automatic. The only things the agent must do is receive the client profile data and build a strategic analysis for each individual client and then compose an Update Memo for all clients receiving regular updates. There are four stages within a cadence. The first is a Confirmation Email that lets clients know what is coming their way soon and offers a Preparation Survey for each stage. . Then the Notification Email give links to the Client Profile Questions, a Document Download or a Survey. If a client fails to open the link a Reminder Email is sent as often as the agent chooses and at a set window of time between each reminder. When the client opens the link and completes their Client Profile or downloads their Strategic Analysis Document a Thank You Email goes out with a Completion Survey. to complete the stage. Once a set of campaign emails are set-up they go out automatically in the proper sequence and with timing set by the agent. There may be slightly different email campaigns aimed at known clients and unknown clients. Other variations may be different disciplines, different product types, or different types of clients, and different market areas.
